Due to the fresh nature of our products sourced from vendors, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Modification
Orders are non-modifiable and non-cancellable as we procure products from vendors based on your order.
Return Policy
Products cannot be returned once the order has been delivered.
Refund Policy
In the event that any ordered items are not delivered, a refund will be initiated for the undelivered items. The refund process typically takes up to 7 days, and the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment card or bank account.
